We use your information only to complete orders also to let you know your progress of your order. Natural Radiance Candle will keep your email safe and will never pass it to a third party.

All data, facts & references on our website are provided for information purposes only. By purchasing our products, you accept responsibility to please use care and precautions when using candles. Natural Radiance Candle by Terry accepts no responsibility for incorrect use of products.The National Candle Association urges consumers to follow these rules for candle safety. Always keep a burning candle within sight. Extinguish all candles when leaving a room or before going to sleep. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.  All representations relating to purpose of use are excluded to the full extent permitted by law and we accept no liability.

RETURNS

Please note that all of our products are 100% NON REFUNDABLE due to product integrity and sanitary reasons if candle have been used. Only if the package arrives to you broken, we will replace it, but a picture of the broken item must be email to naturalradiancecandlebyterry@gmail.com still in the box for us to determine.

SHIPPING

Natural Radiance Candle by Terry value our customers and make them top priority. 


ORDER PROCESSING

 Shipment processing time all orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Business hours are Monday to Friday & any order placed over the weekend may be processed on Monday!

Should you need to expedite your order, please leave us a note in your cart before checking out & we will try our best to accommodate your desires. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has left​.

We currently ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail from our home studio in Dundee, Fl.​

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email so please make sure we have your email information. If a package is shown as delivered via USPS but has been stolen from your residence you must file a claim with your local post office or shipping vendor. Stolen orders will not be replaced by us.

ADDRESS CHANGE

The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct shipping address to process your order. When placing your order, be sure to enter your complete and correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. We do not recommend using PO box shipping address due to possible shipping restrictions. If you need to update your shipping address, email immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed. If your order is shipped prior to your address being updated, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to update your shipping address and or reroute the order package.

INVALID ADDRESS

If we are unable to validate your shipping address, your order may be cancelled and refunded to you.
